Louis James Colantonio, age 70, died peacefully at home in Lodi, Wisconsin on June 12, 2025. Born in Chicago, Illinois in November, 1954 “Louie” or “Lou” as he was known to friends and family, moved to San Diego, California in 1978. He earned his Associate degree in 1989 in Professional Housekeeping Management from San Diego City College. Lou retired in 2019 from Scripps Green Hospital after having worked at Scripps for 40 years. After retiring, he moved to Lodi, Wisconsin. Lou loved Star Trek, the (then) San Diego Chargers, and the Grateful Dead. He is missed by many devoted friends. Louis was preceded in death by his mother and father, Irene and Steve Colantonio, and is survived by his brother, Ernest Colantonio.
